Governance of ACI
ACI is an incorporated associate under the NSW Associations Incorporation ACI 1984 and the NSW Associations Incorporation Regulation 1999. We are a not for profit membership based organisation.
ACI is committed to best practice in corporate governance to maintain business integrity and sound performance. The governance arrangements of ACI are detailed in our Compliance, Ethics, Governance & Risk program which can be downloaded here.
ACI is governed by a Board of members elected by the membership and our day to day operators are overseen by our CEO and management team.
The ACI board has delegated authority and responsibility for the supervision of key activities to a number of Board Committees including a Finance Committee, an Audit and Risk Committee and an Accreditation and Education Committee, all of whom provide detailed regular report to the Board and who are chaired by Directors.
