Associate Intensive

The Certificate IV in Compliance Management is a practitioner-focused and nationally recognised training course, developed in consultation with experienced professionals across a wide range of industries. The course provides comprehensive materials to develop the skills required of GRC professionals.

ASSESSMENT

The Certificate IV in Compliance Management Bridging Program consists of seven modules of study:

  • COMPLIANCE AND RISK FRAMEWORKS

  • CULTURE OF COMPLIANCE AND ETHICS

  • COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS, LEGISLATION & REGULATION

  • AWARENESS, COMMUNICATION AND TRAINING

  • CONSEQUENCE MANAGEMENT, ISSUES AND BREACH MANAGEMENT

  • MANAGING COMPLIANCE PROJECTS

  • COMPLIANCE MONITORING

As an existing Associate (AACI) graduate, you are only required to complete a selection of the assessments contained within the Certificate IV in Compliance Management Course in order to address the gap between your previous study and the new course requirements.  These are comprised of short module activities, an online exam and a workplace assessment.

You will receive your assessments in hard copy within your course materials folder and also in soft-copy. You’ll receive an email containing each of the assessments as word documents so that you can use the templates and also save your work for future reference.

The assessments you are required to complete and submit are:

Assessment M2.1: Culture of Compliance Plan
Assessment M4.1: Planning for ‘ACT’
Assessment M5.1: Breach Management
Assessment M6.1: Managing Compliance Projects
Online open-book exam (multiple-choice)
Post-course self-evaluation form
Workplace assessment

Some of the module activities are accompanied by ‘Fact Sheets’ containing some contextual information for the activity.

To complete this course, students must achieve a satisfactory result on all module assessments. If you would like feedback as you go, you are welcome to contact GRCI to seek clarification and feedback on your work. As this is competency-based assessment, you may be required to resubmit items that are not completely satisfactory in the first instance.

To assist in completing each activity, GRCI will send each of the assessments to you in soft copy by email.

NOTE: Non-Australian residents are not eligible to enrol.

PLAN YOUR STUDY

You will have the flexibility to set your own study schedule in accordance with your existing commitments. There is no closing date for submission of the required assessments, however we would recommend that you set yourself a timeline to complete each module.  

Please note that there is no deadline for the submission of your assessments, however the Certificate IV can only be issued once all assessments are satisfactory.

STUDENT SUPPORT

Monthly Tutorial

To help you with your study, you’ll be invited to join a monthly tutorial with GRCI and your course tutor. Conducted by teleconference (toll free), you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and talk through each assessment. During these tutorials, your tutor will talk you through particular modules and the corresponding assessments. GRCI will send email reminders to you for each tutorial along with the teleconference dial-in details.

Cancellation & Payment

Materials will be sent out once full payment has been made. Once your materials have been sent you will not be eligible for a refund.

Note: You can only pay the full amount online.

Credit Card Transaction Fees

GRCI reserves the right to recover the following merchant/credit card transaction fees:

Visa and Mastercard: 2%
Diners: 4%
AMEX: 4.5%

These fees will vary as necessary, if and when the fees GRCI are charged, change.
