2009 ACI 13th ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Crisis is often a catalyst for change. It forces a revaluation of the structures, values and policies that have define the way we govern. The global financial crisis offers compliance practitioners across government and industry a unique opportunity to readdress the policy and procedures that have contributed to the creation of this economic instability. As the economic crisis deepens it is has become clear that many of the regulations that had previously driven economic policy need to be adapted to meet the challenges of a new financial structure. At this years Annual Conference we will be looking at the changing nature of compliance and analysing how increased accountability and transparency from both government and industry will create a more stable, strengthened and concise regulatory framework.

ACI is proud to present the 13th Annual Conference. Keynote Presentation from Mr David Landau, Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Starbucks Corporation
